In Nigeria, the state government of Enugu has appointed the engineering company FordMarx Nigeria for the complete rehabilitation of the water supply network in Enugu. The local government has released 600 million Nigerian naira (nearly 1.6 million dollars) for the implementation of the project which will ultimately provide 28,000 m3 of water per day to the populations. The company has six months to complete the work. “It will then have to maintain this water network for two years,” said the Ministry of Water Resources of Enugu State in Nigeria:
