DEWA’s Smart Response Initiative (UAE) reduced the number of steps required to correct interruptions from 10 steps to a single step, as well as the number of field visits by DEWA technicians from 56 % and the duration of repair of interruptions of 43%. This increased the quality of service by 93% and customer confidence by 94%. Stakeholder satisfaction rate with the initiative reached 96% while technical water complaints decreased by 42% between 2013 and 2020, from 1.63% to 0.94 %:
